The breakfast buffet is excellent , the cocktails at Paradise lost were great and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the benefits of the club room particularly the cocktails and the coffee at Chim Chim .

I will definitely recommend Siam@Saim hotel and from outside we will be back. There was a view to the sunset from our room and the amenities are amazing, the bed is comfortable, the room was beautiful. We also love the complimentary services such as free drinks and snacks in the hotel restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. There was a hiccup that the air conditioning didn't work correctly. After discussion with the staff, we were transferred to another room to sleep, which was good.

Our favourite staff member was Judy at Chim Chim who was both professional and friendly . Queen who checked us in also deserves a mention for being friendly. Great location, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade to the Grand club room.
